1. Customized Products
All customized or personalized products — including bowling balls, pins, apparel, and gift items — are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been placed.
Once a customer approves the design and submits the order, it enters production immediately. All sales are final on customized products.
Please note:
- Slight variations in color, alignment, or finish may occur due to the 3D surface, lighting, and printing process.
- The final product may not exactly match how it appears on your screen.
- By confirming your order, you accept full responsibility for the result.
2. Drilled Bowling Balls
We do not offer drilling services at this time. If your ball is drilled by a third-party shop, any issues related to fit, balance, or performance are outside of our responsibility and not eligible for return.
3. Non-Customized Products (if applicable)
At this time, most of our products are custom-made. However, if a stock or non-customized item is sold on our website, the following applies:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies if you are not exchanging for another item
- Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Wrong or Damaged Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or appropriate solution.
5. Return Address
All authorized returns must be shipped to the following address:
