A: You can customize bowling balls, bowling pins, T-shirts, and selected accessories. Each item can feature your own artwork, logo, or text.
Q: How do I upload my design?
A: Click “Start Customizing” on the product page and follow the steps. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG. Max file size: 10MB.
Q: Can I preview my design before placing an order?
A: Yes, we provide real-time 3D previews so you can see how your design looks on the product.
Q: Are there restrictions on what I can upload?
A: We do not accept copyrighted, offensive, or low-resolution images. Please ensure you own the rights to the design you submit.

A: Yes, expedited production is available at checkout with an additional fee. This applies to production time, not shipping.

Q: Can I return a customized product?
A: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

A: Yes, our custom bowling balls are regulation tenpin size and made of high-quality polyester.
Q: Are the balls drilled?
A: No. We do not offer pre-drilling. For the best fit, we recommend visiting your local pro shop.
Q: Will my product look exactly like the preview?
A: We aim to match the design closely, but minor variations in color and alignment may occur due to printing and product shape.
Q: Is the design fully wrapped around the ball?
A: Designs are applied in two halves and may have a visible seam where they join.
