1. Production Timeframes

Each product is made to order. Estimated production times are as follows:

  • Custom Bowling Balls and Pins: 10–15 business days
  • Custom Apparel and Accessories: 5–7 business days

Production time begins once your order and design are confirmed.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time is in addition to production time:

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Canada and International Shipping: Varies by destination, generally 7–21 business days

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

3. Shipping Costs

  • United States (Contiguous 48 States): Free standard shipping on all orders
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO: Calculated at checkout
  • International Orders: Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking link provided.

5. Delays & Exceptions
We strive to deliver all orders on time, but delays can occur due to:

  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses
  • Customs processing for international orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
