Duration of Warranty

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and covers all regulation-size bowling balls produced by Unique Bowling Ball (UBB).

Applicability

This warranty applies when the product has been properly maintained, stored under normal indoor conditions, and not subjected to misuse, abuse, or modification.

It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by commercial transportation (air, train, or bus travel)
  • Damage due to improper drilling, resurfacing, or use of non-standard inserts
  • Damage from dropping, hitting, or exposing the ball to extreme temperatures

If your 8 lb, 10 lb, 12 lb, 14 lb, 15 lb, or 16 lb regulation-size bowling ball is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, UBB will replace it with a product of equal value, subject to the following terms.

Exclusions

  • Bowling balls used as house balls (public rental use) are covered for up to 90 days only.
  • Any ball under 10 lbs drilled for adult use is excluded from this warranty.
  • The warranty is void if finger or thumb inserts are installed or modified after delivery.
  • Design errors already confirmed by the customer through the email approval process are not eligible for replacement.
  • Once production has started, any customer-requested redesign will restart the manufacturing process and extend delivery time.
