Undrilled Bowling Balls:
All bowling balls are shipped undrilled. We recommend visiting your local pro shop for professional drilling to ensure a comfortable, personalized fit.

Recommended Use:
These polyester bowling balls are primarily designed for spare shooting and straight-line performance. They are not intended to provide the strong hooking characteristics of reactive-resin performance bowling balls.

Surface Printing Care:
Because artwork is printed on the outer surface, graphics may experience normal wear, scuffing, or fading with use. Actual appearance and durability depend on handling, lane conditions, and frequency of play.

House Ball Use:
These custom bowling balls are not intended for shared or rental use as house balls in bowling centers. Damage resulting from such use is excluded from our limited product warranty, subject to our published warranty terms and applicable law.

Manufacturing Notice:
Due to the manufacturing process, a visible seam may appear on finished bowling balls or pins. Seam visibility can vary depending on the product and design.

Estimated Delivery

Every custom bowling ball is made to order. The delivery estimates below include both custom production and shipping.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on production requirements, quality checks, and shipping conditions. Priority Delivery is available for U.S. orders only.

Your Custom Order Journey

Design Review:
We review every submitted design before production. Most orders can proceed without additional confirmation. If we need clarification regarding artwork, layout, image quality, or usage rights, we typically contact you by email within two business days of your order.

Production Updates:
We provide approximately weekly order progress updates to help you follow your custom bowling ball through production. Photos or videos may also be shared as they become available.

Quality Check & Shipping:
Once your completed bowling ball meets the confirmed design and quality requirements, we’ll arrange shipment. Routine progress photos and videos are provided for your information and do not require a separate pre-shipment approval.

Please monitor your email after placing an order. If additional information or confirmation is required before production, delays in receiving your response may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
